New ACCO Mentoring Program -- Participate as a Mentor, Mentee or Both!
ACCO's new mentorship model has been designed to help practitioners get immediate help in their practice area, career trajectory, workplace challenges and skill building . The program is designed with three goals in mind:
- Provide experienced practitioners an opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with their mentees;
- Enable mentees to receive the benefits of a guiding hand as they work through important stages in their careers; and
- Help the entire climate change community of practice by assisting early and mid-career professionals develop good character, competence and a deeper appreciation for the responsibilities of the profession while bestowing the wisdom of more seasoned practitioners to help them more effectively and efficiently tackle climate change initiatives.
